Sonia has over 18 years of experience in transaction advisory, due diligence engagements (financial and commercial), valuation and financial modelling across diversified sectors, including infrastructure, technology, automotive (incl. electric mobility), transport and aviation sector.
She specialises in Transaction Advisory—buy–side and Sell-side, deal execution and implementation/integration, Financial and Commercial due diligence, financial modelling, business strategy, and feasibility studies. She has worked across geographies, including the UK, EU, and APAC. She has also previously worked with the Big4 — Ernst & Young (EY) and Global Conglomerates like the B.C. Jindal Group and Astro All Asia Networks.
At Steer, Sonia works with our transaction advisory, financial modelling, and valuation teams, developing our service offer for public and private sector clients.
